The face features the red script Castrol logo on a vertical white band, set between the words Wakefield Patent and Motor Oil XXL. A black horizontal band details the lower section. The reverse features a text panel listing international patents and identifies the maker as C.C. Wakefield and Company Limited, Wakefield House, Cheapside, London, E.C.2. The piece is fitted with its original metal screw cap.
