A 3-Step Process

1. Valuation

One of our valuers will visit the property and produce a detailed HMRC-compliant probate valuation report. All items of value are recorded at a fair open market value.

2. Collection

Our operations team will attend the property and handle all items with sympathetic care using specialist packing where required to ensure everything arrives protected and undamaged into our holding facilities where they will be stored and prepared in readiness for the first available auction.

3. Sale at Auction

We will auction all saleable items that are not being kept or bequeathed; our goal is always to extract and maximise as much value as possible for the estate.
